La Posada Milagro Guesthouse is a historically rebuilt boutique hotel owned by Mimi Webb Miller, using stacked rock from its hillside and other regional materials such as lumber and ocotillo stalks.
The restoration honors the authentic West Texas aesthetic established when the mining town, Terlingua, was booming in the mid-1880s.
The Guesthouse, along with Mimi's Coffee Shop and Taqueria, are all located in the heart of Terlingua's Ghost Town, minutes from the Big Bend National Park and The Big Bend Ranch State Park.
From the village of Study Butte, travel 41/2 miles west on Highway 170.
At the entrance to the Ghostown, turn right and follow the signs to La Posada Milagro.
It's about a quarter of a mile from the Ghost town's entrance.
Once you're at the coffee shop, drive past it and up the hill to the guesthouse parking.
